The early and agile inclusion of users in development processes offers added value. But when and how exactly can this added value best be used in companies? One thing in particular became clear during the research: The greatest potential lies in developing a process in which people are supported in developing approaches for radical innovations through the focused inclusion of users.

In order to make the findings usable in everyday work, the User Driven Innovation Blueprint was developed together with colleagues from Dräger Safety. Blueprint supports interdisciplinary teams in developing approaches, especially for radical innovations, together with users. A kind of hub connects the developed process with supporting tools and experience from internal test runs. The process makes agile user involvement easier and more accessible.
