Designforschung mit Kindern

This master's thesis is concerned with investigating children's opportunities for participation in design- and innovation development. The aim is to empower design researchers to investigate together with children in order to enable children's participation in design and innovation development. The master thesis focuses on the needs and requirements of the two main actors within the research process: the child and the designer - as well as the applied research method. The result of this work is a manual that shows which competence requirements a research method demands from the child. This provides a basis for designers to adapt the method to the infant.
