Time determines our lives - in our private lives as well as in our studies and professional lives.
Students are exposed to a high workload during their studies, which presents many of them with the difficulty of organizing tasks and processes appropriately. This problem can lead to stress and, in the worst case, burnout. To prevent permanent stress, it is therefore advisable to establish good time- and self-management skills in order to successfully and healthily complete one's studies.
For this reason, MINDFLOW was developed. MINDFLOW is a digital calendar that helps to set goals and to turn them into realistic schedules. In addition, MINDFLOW helps organize tasks in a way that creates more clarity and gets the right task done at the right time. The program avoids digital distractions and enables efficient work through the Pomodoro technique. In addition to the planning features, MINDFLOW also offers self-care options that help students stay relaxed and healthy while learning, because no project in the world is worth ending in burnout.
