In Decisions you put yourself in the roles of political representatives of various imaginary countries in a union. At first, interests and viewpoints should be selected from four subject areas. The next step is to vote on appropriate legislative proposals for union policy.

The aim is to enforce as many national interests as possible with the help of passing laws or preventing them, but also to work towards a common, stable policy.
