Climate change affects us all. As part of this, more and more people are trying to find alternatives to the automobile and are buying an e-bike. This plays an increasingly important role for commuters, senior citizens and athletes. Cyclist monitors health data such as heart rate, calories burned and distances travelled. It is the ideal partner for athletes who are actively on the go with their e-bike.

Cyclist makes it possible to drive against a resistance generated by the engine and can be charged by muscle power. The main motivating factor here is the network – users can compare their data with each other and compete against each other or simply drive in groups with information about where your companions are.

A unique feature of Cyclist is the modular structure consisting of a base that is permanently installed on the e-bike and a mobile unit that the user can carry with them at any time. The mobile unit also makes Cyclist interesting for sharing services. The mobile unit can be purchased as a subscription and every e-bike equipped with Cyclist can be used. The personal data is always stored securely locally and can be easily synchronized using USB Type-C or Bluetooth.
