Live and in color – what we do besides studying

With around 30 students each year, the Industrial Design program is a small course with a family atmosphere. Studying is demanding and time is precious, but there is always time for a game of table soccer, a party to celebrate finishing a draft, or a chat with the small circle of industrial designers.
Every year in January, our teachers and students travel together to the Kleinwalsertal in Austria for a retreat. We have the chance there to discuss and plan courses, hear talks from guest designers and other exciting people, to cook and go skiing or snowboarding or sledging or hiking or ...
In summer we meet for a short break in the afternoon - water skiing and barbecuing in Langenfeld.
