How can an application process become motivating and intuitive? This is what the master team dealt with in cooperation with the Deutsche Telekom Stiftung.

14 foundations were analysed and evaluated; 750 minutes of interviews were conducted, transcribed and evaluated. This resulted in 54 potentials and 165 ideas.

From these findings, the idea of an integrative, adaptive and modular application was derived, which is individually adapted to the needs of the applicants.

This new application is embedded in a comprehensive portal that takes users by the hand.
