A Holistic Health Concept to Support Self Care

Slowing down everyday life is a growing need in our society, which increases the importance of topics such as meditation and mindfulness. Taking time for ourselves and establishing new routines is a tough challenge we fail at quite often. Instead we procrastinate and stay in our comfort zones.

MeTime is a health concept to support self care with practices and routines for our body, mind and soul. Its combination of light and sound guides and motivates the user while doing these and also acts as a reminder. A companion app provides them with knowledge and background information. It supports the planning as well so the user only has to specify a short period of time for each day of the week and the system will provide the appropriate practice, depending on preferences and goals.
