This high-value bluetooth speaker by Denon is designed for stationary use. The shell consists of two mated components − by twisting two almost identical parts they interlace and form a rectangular box. This box is standing on the edges of the aluminium coating. By rounding the angles an infinite edge is formed, which drags around the product's edges.
It takes a closer look to recognise and appreciate the very delicate hole pattern for the sound waves. In contrast to that, the chamfer at the top is way more distinctive. That's where the display and the touchscreen are positioned. For ergonomic and aesthetic reasons this surface is bevelled.
Two broadband speakers provide a strong sound while the bass is coming from a downfire subwoofer on the bottom side. Using this sound system the 11AU creates an listening experince that is not only audible, but also tactile.
