The rapid development of digital technologies requires the world of work to adapt. Obstacles in dealing with digital technologies must be recognized and strategies developed to promote digital skills and well-being. Small and medium-sized companies often struggle with this due to a lack of training strategies and financial resources, which impairs their competitiveness.

The card set serves as a guide for planning and implementing measures to promote digital skills and wellbeing. It provides instructions to simplify the process and optimize the use of digital formats.

An initial inventory helps to identify skills, deficits and fears in order to derive effective measures. Impulses for further training and operational adjustments are presented, supported by a planning tool for organization and budgeting.

Customizable helpmates offer support in the event of problems with brief hints, tips or detailed learning resources.

The card set is an important tool for developing a strategy to promote confidence and well-being in dealing with digital technologies and anchoring it in the corporate culture in the long term.
