Ambulatory care services face many challenges. Care staff have to provide high-quality care in tight time frames and respond to the needs of their clients. Care documentation is an additional burden. In addition to other tasks, care service supervisors have to oversee all documentation, which is challenging.

Cajo offers an app and a desktop application that help ambulatory care services to minimize the administrative burden and ensure high-quality care. The app is designed to make documentation as easy as possible through a clean design and effective integration of technology. In addition, the caregiver is supported with tips for enriching interaction with clients. The desktop application supports the care service supervisor in keeping track of documentation and adapting care measures by evaluating data in the background and deriving recommendations for action that can be implemented quickly.

With Cajo, the focus of ambulatory care services is shifting more towards ensuring high-quality care that both care staff and clients feel comfortable with.
