The modular system "MODE" was specifically designed for the mobile digital work of an industrial designer, enabling location-independent and highly efficient work. At its core is a flexible dual-display setup that can be used in various configurations.
The key feature of the system lies in its modular peripherals, allowing for individual customization to meet the user’s needs. In addition to a specially optimized keyboard, the system includes four additional modules: a large trackpad, a USB hub, a numpad, and a rotary controller module for intuitive software parameter control. These components can be freely arranged, creating an ergonomic and tailored workspace.
The seamless system environment connects all modules, ensuring smooth interaction. By offloading computationally intensive processes to the cloud, the system remains compact and future-proof – capable of evolving with rapid technological advancements and adapting flexibly to the demands of the digital workplace.
