Concept for Imparting Expertise in the Social Economy

Sinn2 is a toolkit made to support social organisations in (re)focusing on their purpose and clients in their daily work.
Users are enabled to develop new ideas in a meaningful and user-centered way and thus experience more opportunities for participation and self-management. The toolkit guides the team through a process based on regular reflections on everyday work.

The elements of the toolkit support organisations in creating new routines for a meaningful working environment:
»Cards« and »boards« allow for autonomous execution of the process. Through their permanent presence and visibility in everyday working life, the components contribute to a regular discussion of the purpose of the organisation. A separate folder containing »work sheets« guides the team members through different tasks and promotes the individual preparation of team activities.
