Development of Strategic Recommendations for Fashion Companies

The textile and clothing industry is one of the world's biggest industries. Nevertheless, there is a lot of catching up to do for the fashion industry. Building a positive corporate culture, digitalization of the processes, expanding corporate social responsibility and ideas of made-to-measure offerings are part of the recommendations given. The proposals for action are designed for medium-sized and large companies in the textile and clothing industry.

How will the customer shop for clothes in the future? What is the ideal approach to online shopping? Is high-street retail still important? These issues – amongst others – are discussed here.
